Deadline for submission of abstracts: April 14, 2011
Authors of abstracts submitted before Apli 14, 2011 will receive a notification as to the acceptance of their abstracts by April 30, 2011
Length of the Absract: 2 500 characters
Forms of presentations: Poster presentation / Oral presentation Each presenting author is entitled to submit only one Abstract but may
also be co-author of Abstracts submitted by other presenting authors.
The content of the Abstract is solely the responsibility of the
author(s). The presenting author is required to ensure that all
co-authors are aware of the content of the Abstract before submission.
No change will be possible after the abstract submission deadline, April 14, 2011
Information about the acceptance of the Abstract will be sent to the submitting author with e-mail by April 14, 2011.
Abstracts
will only be considered if consistent with the instructions (given in
the downloadable form) and received by the deadline.
The abstracts of authors, who will not have registered and paid
the registration fee by May 1, 2011 will not be included in the Final
Program and in the Book of Abstracts. Instructions for poster presentations:
Those who have received a notification about the poster presentation
are kindly asked to prepare their posters in the size and orientation to
fit the boards.
The board size is 90x120 cm (equal to 35.4x47.2 in), portrait. Pins will be provided.
Instructions for oral presentations:
Those who have received a notification about the oral presentation
are kindly asked to prepare their PowerPoint file with regards the followings: The language of slides must be English. Duration
of oral presentations depends on the number of such presentations, and
will be anounced later. Although it can be expected to be betwwen 15-20
minutes plus 5 minutes for discussion.
Any kind of advertisments, logo and other commercial signs must be
omitted. Exceptions are logos of universities and companies supporting
this congress. MSOffice2007TM will be provided. PUBLICATION OF CONGRESSAll
the presentations accepted will be published both in Abstract and Full
Text forms. The formatting requirements of Full text form is
downloadable from here. Both Abstracts and Full Texts will be published
